Currently managing a $35M+ portfolio, I focus on ground-up development and value-add commercial and residential projects, consistently targeting 15-25% returns. My expertise spans industrial, office, senior housing, and hospitality, where I've successfully executed complex deals, including a 30-acre mixed-use development and multiple office redevelopments generating millions in equity.

Trey Brown is the founder and owner of Velocity Enterprises, a dynamic construction company specializing in both residential and commercial projects. With a proven track record of excellence, Velocity has successfully completed over 50 projects in the Charleston market over the past 24 months and currently has 18 ongoing projects under construction. The firm's portfolio includes new residential builds, extensive renovations, and commercial developments. Trey's expertise extends particularly into building budgeting and construction management. He possesses a keen ability to develop accurate, competitive budgets and is adept at managing the entire construction lifecycle—overseeing scheduling, procurement, resource allocation, and risk mitigation—to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

With over a decade of progressive experience spanning architectural coordination, high-end hospitality sales, and strategic brand activations, Lindsey brings a multidisciplinary perspective to driving growth and innovation. She has a proven track record of successfully optimizing project workflows, managing city-level plan submissions, and instituting cross-team collaboration policies to accelerate delivery timelines and strengthen both colleague and client relations. Lindsey's leadership, sales acumen, and creative development experience make her an asset in translating complex market insights into purposeful action plans that deliver measurable growth—through data analysis and budget optimization.
Connor MacDermott
Investor Relations
Connor brings a broad range of experience in both debt origination and equity investments across the alternative asset space. He began his career at Credit Suisse in the Securitized Products group, working on the origination and syndication of mortgage and consumer loan products, while managing over $500M in commercial real estate warehouse financing to REITs. He then joined the fintech startup LEX Markets, supporting the sourcing, valuation, and capital raising for Regulation A offerings tied to multifamily real estate. Most recently, Connor served as Vice President at Mirae Asset Securities (USA) Inc., where he originated commercial real estate and venture capital opportunities while managing existing portfolios. Connor offers strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic business planning.

Maynard brings 12 years of industry experience, including 7 years in IT support and 6 years in social media management. Throughout his career, he's worked with clients across a variety of industries—real estate, home exteriors, mortgage, fitness, cosmetics, luxury jewelry, e-commerce, and law firms. His focus has been helping businesses grow their online presence through creative content and effective social media strategies. Maynard has managed platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, building content calendars, creating engaging posts and campaigns, performing keyword research, and editing short-form videos. He's led teams of social media managers and collaborated with copywriters, web developers, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
